Chef Drew of 24 Diner in Austin has teamed up with New York brewery Ommegang to create a five-course extravaganza, the centerpiece of which is the pairing of coffee-crusted pastrami, local green cabbage and pumpernickel croutons with very rare 2004 Cave-Aged Abbey Ale.
