New Home Brewed Chef Tonight

I’m sure you know by now that I am a big fan of Sean Z. Paxton, The Homebrew Chef.  I’ll be hanging out in the chat (under the name Dirk McLargeHuge) over at The Brewing Network tonight as Sean discusses preparing and cooking foods with hops and malt.  The show will start at 6 pm PT.  The live video stream is here.
