KansasCity.com just posted a review of Booze Cakes: Confections Spiked With Spirits, Wine and Beer. I don’t know that I will run out and buy a copy, because I don’t bake. But the Rum and Coke Whoopie Pies recipe in the article sounded good. It would be better with Bourbon.
